Accessibility Statement

World Heat Ltd wants as many people as possible to be able to use this website. You should be able to:
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen;
- move around the site using just a keyboard;
- use the site with a screen reader;
- turn off animation in your device settings, and the slideshows will stop moving.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
How accessible this website is
We know some parts aren’t fully accessible yet:
- Some PDF documents aren’t tagged for screen readers, including our producer certificate, project case-study PDFs and some older documents from other companies. Our brochures and product information sheets are now tagged.
- The live chat (Tawk.to), the virtual factory tour (TourMkr), the Google Map and the Trustpilot button come from other companies, and we can’t fully control how accessible they are. The virtual tour has a written description beside it.

If you need a document in an accessible format, such as large print, an accessible PDF or a plain-text version, or you’d like to talk it through, contact us:

This statement was prepared on 15 October 2026. It is based on a review of the website code by our development team against WCAG 2.2 AA in October 2026.
