The guarantee
25 year guarantee on stainless steel unvented cylinders up to 300 litres.
Who gives the guarantee
World Heat Ltd (trading as World Heat Cylinders), company number 06744323, Unit 4, Tudor Industrial Estate, Ashton Street, Dukinfield, Cheshire, SK16 4RN.
Conditions
- It applies to domestic cylinders from our standard range, up to 300 litres.
- Stainless steel cylinders over 300 litres: 12 months on the vessel, against a material defect or manufacturing fault.
- The cylinder must be serviced every year.
- Using parts or components that are not genuine World Heat parts, or not approved for the cylinder, may affect the guarantee.
How to make a claim
To make a claim, contact us: report a fault online with photos, call us on 0161 343 8610 or email sales@whcylinders.co.uk. Please have the cylinder’s model or product code, its serial number (on the label), the installation date and the address it is installed at to hand.
If you haven’t yet, register your cylinder: it means we already have its details if you ever need to make a claim.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
