If a World Heat cylinder has a problem you can now report it online, with photos, straight from your phone, so our technical team can work out the fix before we call you back.
We know that when a cylinder has a fault, you want it sorted quickly. Our new fault report form lets you tell us what's wrong, and show us, from wherever the cylinder is.
- Tell us the model and serial number (they're on the cylinder's label).
- Describe what's happening.
- Add a few photos from your phone.
The more we know up front, the more likely we are to have the fix, or the part you need, ready when we call you back.
